01Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Stride, you agree to these Terms of service and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Stride is provided by SellerSmith (BraveBits), Vietnam ("Stride", "we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stride. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for them.
02The service
Stride is an energy-aware planning tool. It helps you log your energy, understand your rhythm, and plan your day around your peaks. It includes the iOS app, an Apple Watch companion, widgets, and an optional AI coach.
Stride is a planning and wellbeing aid — it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Its suggestions are optional, and you remain fully responsible for your own decisions and schedule.
03Beta & TestFlight
Stride is currently offered as a pre-release beta through Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs, change without notice, or become temporarily unavailable.
04Your account
You access Stride using Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You may delete your Stride account at any time from within the app; doing so permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy policy.
05Acceptable use
To keep Stride safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our infrastructure.
- Use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.
06Pricing & subscriptions
During the beta, Stride is free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you clearly before any charge applies, and any purchases will be handled through your Apple App Store account under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.
07Intellectual property
Stride, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own purposes under these terms.
Your data stays yours. You own the energy logs and content you create; you simply give us the permission needed to store and process them so the app can work.
08Disclaimers
Stride is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will be accurate for your situation.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stride and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10Termination, changes & governing law
You may stop using Stride at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product. We may update these terms as the product evolves; if a change is material, we'll notify you in-app before it takes effect.
